The door catch is not very good and the pieces are quite sharp. I cut myself on the roof part do be careful when handling it. I would have liked some information about lighting the BBQ and the stuff to use! I purchased this in the summer and used it twice and its rusty and the company are saying it got too hot! Below is the response from customer services Thank you for your message and for sending the pictures. We forwarded this to the relevant department and became a feedback. Our fireplaces are coated with thermo-lacquers, which can withstand temperatures of up to 500° without any changes. Since chipping of the coating can only be caused by overheating of the fireplace, we cannot accept any complaint or revocation in this case.
