We bought this and have used it on our RV bed for several months of constant use now (we're full timers).  It's a pretty good fit and much closer than a standard king.  If it was 70x80, it would be a perfect fit but they have to make these for various mattress thicknesses so I guess 72x80 fits the deeper mattresses.  I have to give it a tug to keep it from bunching up in the middle every couple days.  The pad still looks good as new and it hasn't broken down at all.  This was the best pad we've found for these odd sized RV king mattresses.

this pad works great. using on my 48X78 bed in an AS. it even makes the bed feel more comfortable. the AS has a curved bed, and this pad will tuck where needed and doesn't shift. love the cotton, very well made. worth the price.

This RV King mattress pad fit my RV mattress perfectly.  It is wonderful to finally not have an ill fitting pad that bunches up everytime I roll over.  It is made very well and is exactly as I expected.  I deducted one star simply because I wish is came in a more plush pillow-top style.  Yet, a very good buy and I highly recommend for all RV King mattress owners.
