The hump at the heel and ball of the foot, that others mentioned are definitely there and they dig in every time I took a step. I added a cushion from another shoe I use on a regular basis and it did not help much at all. I will be sending these back to get a refund.As a side-note, the cushions are very thin in comparison. You can see from the pictures. The black are these shoes and the orange is from my regular running shoes. Night and day difference in comfort. My running shoes are non-brand name from Amazon as well, by the way.
