They aren't necessarily the greatest smoothing control when you have loose skin, but if that isn't an issue with you, these are really cute, and I love the flirty strap flare on the backside that sets them apart from other workout shorts. I use shorts primarily for pole fitness, but as well for cycling and occasional yoga. No ride up, no risk of butt crack exposure with the cutout.
