I've used other squat pads in the past and never really saw the benefit from it so I opted to do my squats with no pad. But when I saw the IPR design, I had to try it. It's now a "MUST" when squatting! It really keeps the barbell more stable and the weight is evenly distributed. In this video I've attached, I was squatting 135lbs and was going for volume that day (5 sets of 12-15 reps) and it really helped my form to be able to keep going as it is so stable. I've also used this pad for my heavier squats 200lbs (5 sets of 5 reps) and same experience. As an IFBB Bikini Pro, we are always working on that squat game and I never leave home on leg /booty days without this in my gym bag.
