I thought I was being extravagant to indulge myself, but every time I had to pick up a hot dish out of my over the stove microwave, I wished I had it. Finally shopped it and found this one much cheaper than the black one just like it (go figure). So I broke down and bought it. I love it so much that I got another one for things in the oven that are larger and need weight lifted from both sides. This way I don't dip my pot holder or dish towel into the cookie sheet or whatever and get food on it. It grips really well and feels very secure. Very easy to clean and a well made sturdy tool. Love it really, and sure it will prevent some mishap that might include breaking a dish or getting burned. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for Instant Pot pot-in-pot cooking *by B***Y on Reviewed in the United States on October 3, 2020* These tongs are excellent for removing hot ceramic or glass or metal cooking/serving dishes from inside an Instant Pot, as might be needed in pot-in-pot cooking. Although one pair of the tongs will usually do the job with a smaller (1 quart or under) cooking dish, we keep a pair of them on hand, for larger dishes, or in case a small filled dish is heavy.
