The polydypsia/polyuria in a Cushing dog are just 2 symptoms of a complicated syndrome. That said, I don’t think it would hurt to try it. Check with you vet about the ingredients to make sure none would be countraindicated **Q: Anyone uses these for their Westie and how long before it works?** A: I used this on my 15 year old dog. I had to use cloth diapers because disposal fell off her. And also had to use booster pads. Every time I took them off,it was soaked. I decided to give these a try. I went through nearly the whole bottle. I was to the point of order or try something else. And then all the sudden it started slowing down. We are on our 2nd bottle. The only time she usually has any accidents is overnight. This has helped her so much. And I am so thankful. She will eat them as a treat.
