Its a good peoduct but I feel like there are better options unless you use this as finishers on a set of wrist curls this product wont really the game on how you feel with your forearms. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Makes your arms sore *by C***D on Reviewed in the United States on November 25, 2018* Ok i was going to buy the new fat gripz one series they was on sale but sold out on there webpage and on here at amazon .. so this product was a cross reference item so i click on it and saw how this was the same size as the one series and $12 to $15 dollars cheaper .. [depends on your taxes lol ] so i order it and use it 3 times already..I do have one small issue its a very smooth surface with a small area where they have some rubber knubs as grip When my hands where sweaty they was slippy or hard to hold if i did not have that one area to hold on to .. the fat gripz have a tacky like rubber all around them i have no issue holding them .. Now it might be just me with this issue i had to make sure i wipe my hands before i use them ... i will say i am impress with them i found to be easier to use then my other ones of course im 45 and have arthritis in my hands also..so after 3 days of doing everything i could think of ..famers carry ...dumbbell curls... barbell curls .. barbell curl bar.. cable machine etc .. i can say with 100% these things are legit they will make your whole arm sore .. I do highly recommend them for anyone that has tried the normal fat gripz and thought they where to big .. if u have medium size to small hand size then get these... if u have large hands like i do and tried to curl 100lbs with fat gripz and felt the hand arm strain pain then try these .... and watch your arms get pump up .. have forearms like popeye buy them now while u can before everybody else finds out about them keeps them sold out ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A truly amazing product *by M***S on Reviewed in the United States on May 30, 2017* I rarely don’t write reviews but for this product i will make an exceptionI will start this review by say this: I love these grips! At first i was a bit sceptical regarding the colored logo, its durability and why there was no other product on the market with color in them, but when i received the package i understood that these grips were made to last! Strong material and strong painting! I don’t know what type of paint they have used, but i can tell you that this ain't no kindergarten stuff. The logo is definitely engraved and then filled. I have used these grips almost every day, and the paint is still as shiny as when i got them!I mostly use these grips on Pull days, and as described in the product description this is INTENSE! I had to lower my weight (especially on Back and bicep exercises) because the burn was too much. I have already seen result in my arms and a increased grip strength. My clean deadlift have increased and they have basically become my new gym buddies. It’s fascinating how fast you can change the intensity. It literally just takes 4 seconds. I can use them on every equipment in my gym without any problems. But it’s worth mention that they will make a gap on some equipment, include the Olympic Bar, but i honestly don’t see the problem with this, If you pull, just face the gap to your hand flat, If you push, just face the gap outward. Not every bar is made equal (in diameter) so use common sense…. it’s impossible to make something fit everything perfectly, at least these don’t spin around the smaller bars.I have really fallen in love with these babies and can’t wait to see further progress. They are the nicest looking pair i have seen on the market and they work just as described.
