A: Oh yes they are very easy to fix. I am a single mum and have no idea how to DIY but I used my kitchen knife and I pulled through. Ordered a second time.

**Q: how heavy are the tiles? As showing as 11kg per box.... surely not that heavy as thought they would be a similar weight to polystyrene?**
