I'm trying to replace smallest pan in a set.** A: I believe the 7 inch pan is the smallest one in this set. I find many uses for this size and am happy that I have it. **Q: Mine has been rusting where the handle and pan meet. Is there a way to fix and prevent this from continuing? I wash by hand and dry it** A: After the pan cools I wash with warm soapy water. I have never had a rust problem. **Q: Is for all stovetops including induction?** A: I have never used induction stovetop-didn't know it existed! I heat up skillet slowly and never use it hotter than 5 or 6 (half point) on my electric cooktop. Love the skillet! **Q: What is the size of the bottom/ cooking surface?** A: I believe it is healthy! Very Little oil or butter is needed for cooking. Non stick. Easy cooking . Real easy clean-up. It’s not Teflon, so you don’t have to be concerned w/ chemicals leaking into your food, w/ the slightest scratch. The surface inside the pan, is actually beautiful. Glistening. I already had the smaller item and was so pleased with it have now bought the larger size ### ⭐ Really disappointing quality *by C***S on 10 October 2025* I was excited to try this pan because of the PFAS free ceramic surface, but it started sticking almost immediately after just a few uses. Food clings to the base even on low heat and it’s difficult to clean properly without leaving marks. The handle stays cool as promised, but that’s about the only positive. For the price I expected it to last much longer. Sadly it’s already been replaced by another brand after less than a month.
