I should have looked for a Nutrition Label. The cinnamon clusters I purchased are very tasty, each is nearly as big around as a quarter, and as thick as four quarters. Each is a baked treat a bit like a very small cookie. This is a wheat product. And it is not exactly low carb by my standards (9g Net carbs), unless you consider a serving as a healthier alternative to a cookie (and you can keep yourself to the meager 10 piece serving size).The ingredients are sunflower seeds, wheat flour, high oleic sunflower oil, whole wheat flour, cane sugar, wheat gluten ,chicory root extract, molasses, cinnamon, sea salt, natural flavor, and sesame seeds. There's a note that says these are produced in a Nut Free facility.A serving is 10 pieces, 28g. 150 calories, 9g fat (.5 saturated 0 trans), 0 cholesterol, 85mg sodium, 12 g carbs, 3g dietary fiber (Boo hiss - if they could have thrown more fiber in it'd be a lower carb treat), 5g sugar, 6g protein.
