Its regular habit over time that produces results. Long story short a little of the charcoal cleanser goes a long way. The balm is Amazing for my dry skin. I wear it at night and during the day. I didn't notice anything at first, but then one day I looked in the mirror and my skin was luminous, dewy and pores were smaller. My husband randomly said my skin looked good for the first time.
