### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well made and good price.

This faucet is as described, "heavy duty'' and was a great replacement faucet for our stand alone stainless sink in our clubhouse kitchen.  It did not fit our old faucet bushings, which were replaced with bushing that came with the new one.  The 8" measurement refers to the standard distance between wall plumbing hot and cold pipe centers. The bushings have offsets and allow for minor errors in the rough plumbing to be corrected to fit the faucet. The 12" measurement refers to the reach of the faucet stem.

Only wish is it would have clearly depicted mounting hardware not included (nipple, 90 ell, nuts etc).  Had to make separate purchase.  Sink did not include any direction either way whether is did or did not.  Local hardware stores typically would not have all components such as non-tapered thread nipples etc.
