I first bought a medium before I was pregnant and wore it for several months to work out/run errands in. It’s a great workout top to wear with leggings or under a comfy sweatshirt as a bra. The first time, I bought a size medium, and I was bra size 34D and 125 pounds. Now that I’m 6 months pregnant, I just bought myself a temporary replacement in size XL for my pregnant/nursing body. I typically wear a small/medium in tops and I did feel like the medium was slightly snug, so I would recommend sizing up if you’re in between sizes. These come with light padding. The straps are not adjustable, but this hasn’t been a problem for me. The sizing is very inconsistent. XL in rose red fit me perfectly and XXL in olive green fit me perfectly also. XXL in rose red was too big. I originally ordered a L in rose red and it fit ok if I was using it just for working out/wearing around the house, but I personally felt it was too revealing to wear in public. The support is on the lower side. I wouldn’t do any hardcore cardio in this shirt, as I have a bigger chest, but it may be enough for someone with a smaller chest. I took one star off because I wish it was a little longer to cover more of my stomach but that is just preference.
