Can't install without ratchet ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Product seems to be in line with competitor products We’ve used, but service is awesome! *by L***. on March 2, 2021* Purchased as Christmas gift for my 7 year old. Took a little trial and error to set up (right height etc.) but the You Tube videos from company were extremely helpful. Kids got plenty of use in Jan/Feb until main line snapped in half. Could not see any defects in line so not sure what happened. I contacted their support team and received a reply almost immediately. Folks were apologetic and offered me a new, and slightly larger line free of charge. They also threw in extra tree protectors and a new ratchet. Have yet to install new line and waiting til Spring. While the line breaking was disappointing, the service and support is stellar.
