Let's face it. We're not as young as we used to be. We no longer need to drink like we did in college to feel like death the next day. S-NAC® targets the root cause of hangovers when taken before you drink (unlike painkillers which only mask the symptoms while potentially causing further damage). 
 
 Vitalitus® S-NAC® is a nootropic antioxidant formulation that can help improve focus and memory while decreasing the detrimental effects of alcohol. S-NAC® gives your body the raw materials it needs to naturally produce glutathione, an important liver enzyme. At the same time, S-NAC® increases glutamatergic neurotransmission, countering alcohol's effects on the glutamate system and consequent memory and concentration impairment. Unlike DHM, however, S-NAC® does not impede alcohol's effects on GABA. This results in the normal decrease in inhibition and feelings of relaxation that come along with imbibing, just none of the sloppiness. 
 
With S-NAC® you can still have fun and feel great, but avoid the clumsiness and much of the temporary cognitive deficit that comes along with drinking. In addition, it helps prevent or greatly diminish a hangover the next day. 
 
Do not exceed 4 capsules of S-NAC® as this may cause headaches in some individuals. 
 
Before you go out, we recommend the following guidance: 
 • 2 Capsules -- Light to Moderate Drinking 
 • 4 Capsules -- Heavy drinking 
 
Always take S-NAC® before going out. Taking S-NAC® while drinking is not as effective. Never take the following day to alleviate an existing hangover. This may not work and could even exacerbate symptoms. 
 
S-NAC® may cause trouble sleeping when taken late at night. To avoid this, take S-NAC® at least 4 hours before bed.
