Very nice and easy to use. Thick enough that says for a couple of days. I have used it on fresh whipped cream, my sponge was very moist. Put it on the cake at least 6-8 hours before so that it softens. Do not use any jelly on top as it says on the wrapper. The colours are brilliant as they are. Very good!
