Highly detailed 1/72 scale assembly model kit of the Heinkel He 70, a German mail plane and passenger aircraft developed in the 1930's. The He 70 was originally intended for civilian use; however, like many German aircrafts of the era, the He 70 was designed with military potential and was later converted for service with the German Luftwaffe. Several variants of the militarized He 70 were produced, including transport, bomber, and reconnaissance versions. This ICM 1/72 scale assembly kit depicts the He 70F-2 long-range reconnaissance variant, which is powered by one 750 horsepower VI 7.3 12-cylinder V type water-cooled engine and carried a crew of two (pilot and observer). Model kit features: Highly detailed interior and wheel bays. Accurately reproduced imitation of metallic, wooden and linen surface. Clear polystyrene instrument panels. 2 versions decal sheet included.
