I received immediate virtual assistance with setting up computer programs, password and apps. It was a bit difficult controlling the mouse on computer at the beginning. However, I got used to it. and it is working much better. I disliked the fact that the base of the laptop generate too much heat. It gets very hot pretty fast, I sometimes had to turn it off. or turn a fan on it to cool it down(scary!!!). For the price I thought I could deal but there are plenty of 2-in-1 out there for close to the price. Sent it back after a week.
