A: It does not indicate where its from.

**Q: I have a napkin holder that has interior dimensions of 8-1/4”x4-3/4”. Will these napkins fit into it?**
A: The napkins measure 8 1/4 by 4...so they should fit perfectly.

**Q: Are these guest towels 3-ply?**
A: I don’t know the ply count but they are thick.  Thicker than a paper towel.
i use them in my guest bathroom and have purchased them several times.

**Q: do they stay strong and not fall apart when wet, and can you reuse them?**
A: They are very strong and yes I suppose you could let them dry and reuse them..they are good size when you unfold them . I cut them in half at the fold and they are still large enough to dry your hands completely..that way they last twice as long
