I use it on my neck, traps, and lower back. 10 minutes and I can turn my head again without that grinding feeling. Battery life is wonderful . Heat function: The heat isn’t just for show - it actually loosens everything up. Game changer for knots. Quiet: I use it watching TV and wifey doesn’t even know it’s on. Way quieter than my old massage gun. Real results: This little bad boy got the knot out of my shoulder Cons: i wish the strap was longer Bottom line: If you’ve got neck or back pain from work, driving, or stress, buy this.
