It arrived quickly and it worked exactly as promised but a piece at the usb connection broke off and I contacted the Lightdow store for help. I spoke with customer service who cheerfully helped me by offering a replacement as per warranty. I opted for a more expensive camera because it came with a remote for the wrist, which is very helpful to me. This company I would definitely recommend. Thank you very much :) ### ⭐⭐ Charging port broke when I unplugged the charging cable on firts use. *by R***R on Reviewed in the United States on March 6, 2017* We received the camera and I plugged it in to charge the battery before use. I then unplugged the charger from the camera and the internal connector came out still plugged on to the charger. So now we can no longer charge the camera. I have another one of these cameras and do not have any issues with it. I think we may have just got one with a bad charge connector.
