I am in perimenopause stage of my life and it's not fun :( With that said, I did not take the right dosage from the beginning. I only took one capsule a day for the first 10 days and was wondering why am I not feel any different (like anything ever happens over nigh, right?). Then I started reading the reviews on Amazon and it finally hit me that one serving is 4 capsules (silly me!). So for the following two weeks I have been taking the right amount of Stasis daily and I must say I do feel the difference. No night sweats, no mood swings, no cravings so far!
