An epilator removes the hair by plucking each hair out. Those can be painful; but your hair will eventually stop growing or gets lighter, But only after many years of use. Will this work for that?** A: No it still don’t work replaced the batteries it doesn’t work **Q: Cant get the battery compartment open, it isnt pulling apart aaargh?** A: I also had trouble getting the battery compartment open. It is so hard to open, but it WILL open. I took the top off and then I just hung on and pulled with all my might. I did just a VERY TINY BIT of a back-and-forth motion while pulling. Like a very SMALL TWIST. It came popping apart really quick. That's the only thing I don't like about it. But I think it is getting easier to open with each use. It does do a nice job of removing face and chin loose hair.
