If you have a lot of swelling, you might want to get the size you normally are and the next larger size, if available. I got the size I normally am because my swelling is 50% resolved, although there is quite a lot of tissue squishing out at my ears. It’s a very very snug fit, but not so snug that it impedes blood flow in my neck. It’s so easy to use/put on and I consider this a great value for the money. It’s the best most comfortable compression that also includes the neck that I have found. I stitched on a black piece of fabric over the spot that unraveled since when I stitched it up at the time I didn't have access to thread that was of the same color, I've only ever worn it this one instant and it fit me a tad oversized. I had to modify it so it would fit me by stitching on extra velcro and I really hate that the top part that goes over the head has velcro since it tangles horribly in the hair. If they could implement buttons instead of velcro it would be more wearable and it wouldn't be so uncomfortable. The quality seems eh, and I greatly despise the velcro as well as the inner tag. Please provide an option to purchase that doesn't have a tag and one that uses button closures rather than velcro so that it doesn't tangle/tear out hair.
