Nor did they come with any instructions. I watched about an hour of Utube instructions- my husband worked on the hook up as well and the go kart does not run. I have contacted the seller for a return, but you can't return batteries, due to shipping rules. The sellers suggestions have been to try a DC voltmeter to check the charge or ask if I have a small battery charger.. or maybe the go-kart is defective- nope, it worked prior to these batteries. Sellers are not at all helpful if you are just an average person trying to hook these up, I am not an electrician and am not real interested in getting some sparks or shocks trying to figure out how to hook up. I don't know how they can advertise these with a 1 year warranty if you can't send them back ... even after a few frustrating weeks.
