Easy to use. My pros would be I haven't worked out in years. I am now 60 and trying to get rid of some jiggles (LOL). Having it in my home I promised myself at least doing 15 minutes a day will result in getting my motivation back to do more. The cons as mentioned in other reviews. The tension on 16 isn't challenging for me. I wish it had more tension. Secondly the seat is soooooo low. I often fall off of exercise equipment (bad knees) but at least I won't have far to fall. I may do what another consumer did and McGiver the seat a bit and raise it with wood. Overall this will work for me. I you are a gym rat and are looking for a hardcore rower - this isn't for you.
