This sealer will not alter concrete look is very easy to apply and offers maximum stain resistance. It's expensive but it's worth it in the protection you receive. I was worried about grout, thinset, and other stuff just generally being difficult to clean off these tiles because they are textured and porus and we will be using them for bathroom floor and kitchen backsplash, but I did a test with toothpaste, lotion, butter, mushed rice, and oil pastels (we have kids!) To see how easy they wipe, and everything came off very easy without soap even after applying this stuff! Impressed. It was my fault. I didn't read the description and bought based on lower price. Noticed in their parking lot that it was solvent-based, not ECO.
