These are the only ones that haven’t worked. I contacted the company to ask how much elemental magnesium and how much l-threonate there was per serving so I could increase my dose if I needed to (it doesn’t list this info on the packaging) but they didn’t reply.I don’t usually leave negative reviews because what doesn’t work for me might work for you but I’ve made an exception in this case because of my unanswered question on top of it not working when other brands do. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Early stages *by Y***! on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 28 June 2019* I like the fact that its made in the UK and has the testing analysis on it.Initial effects.1. On the 2nd day, felt a more chilled or relaxed. Magnesium is known for this calming effect, so this shows the product is effective.2. If I take 2 a day, then the laxative effect of Magnesium takes effect.MIT test resultsMIT tested Magnesium-T over 6 and 12 weeks.Learning had improved by 6 years after 6 weeks, and 9.4 years after 12 weeks.So where the brain age was 69.6 years, this decreased to 60.2 years (ie reducing 9.4 years, after 12 weeks).Standard magnesium can increase by 300% and only trigger an 18% increase in spinal magnesium levels, so MagT is crossing over into the brain, and helping to increase the density of the synapses and plasticity.The MIT dosages were 1,500 to 2,000, which I think would be too high for me to tolerate.
