I used this to topcoat some POR-15 RP on a gas tank and I have to say I am impressed. It flows and has better single coat coverage than two coats of POR-15's Top coat, which I was surprised by. It says to wait 24 hours before recoating, but in my case I only used 1 coat (because I already PORed it...) and if you do a careful job it looks well covered (pretty much perfect) with this one coat. Obviously if you are doing something important use two coats, but coverage will not be the problem (I was painting over silver). I hand painted it with a bristle brush and it self leveled so that you can't see the brush strokes. Only issue with these thick leveling paints is they tend to drift and build fronts (kinda like a snow drift) on vertical surfaces, so if that is a concern I would try to apply a thinner coat so it doesn't flow so much.
