Day was very humid and 85+, this dress was perfect! Light enough to be cool, no slip or extra layers needed since it is completely solid/non-transparent, and lots of compliments!One thing I would say is the back has elastic and was a little loose, I would recommend double sided dress trap or something just to make sure your bra doesn’t show. I am 5‘11“, a true size 12, an athletic build (kind of straight up and down), and a 36D. I ordered the XL thinking I would need more length in the torso and room in the chest, but due to the fact that the dress can dip a bit low in the back, it was just a bit too big overall. If the top part hadn’t been too large I could have made the XL work because there is a sash that can cinch in at the waist (though there are no sash holders on the dress so it moves around a bit), but the part under my armpits and the back draped down so much that it showed my bra. I’m going to exchange it for a large because the XL was plenty big enough elsewhere to know that I will have room to go down a size; the waist is a simple elastic and the rest is flowy. The dress is a very flattering length (it hits me a few inches above the ankle), and the material is soft.
