Does the job its meant to. but, leaves you r scalp very dry and clears dry scales, It would be good for some one who can wash their hair every day, but longer hair makes it more difficult to moisturise your scalp every day before washing. I use the shampoo to control psoriasis on my scalp. It is rather fierce but it works to a degree for that. I would say see a dermatologist or Doctor. **Q: How long do I stay in my hair before use water wash it all out?** A: Can be massage or leave on for 3-5 minutes then use water wash it all out. **Q: It is sulphate free?** A: Yes it sulphate free and it is very nice to dandruff hair. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It works !! *by K***P on 24 April 2021* I rarely write reviews, but this product is definitely worth a review and the 5 stars given. My scalp psoriasis was getting really bad and my whole scalp was affected. I had tried all sorts of products - all the usual over the counter shampoo readily available in UK pharmacies/supermarkets as well as various Tea Tree based preparations, and whilst some worked when the condition was mild, nothing was affecting this bad flare up - until I tried this product.Regarding application. Be warned - it will sting when you apply it, but that means it is reaching the affected areas. You actually only need a small amount of the product - no more than a teaspoon/nail scoop of the product. Put it in the palm of one hand and add a little water so that it becomes a loose paste, then rub between your two hands and apply to your hair/scalp as you would normally. The salt granules will quickly disolve. Massage well into the scalp and leave for a few mins (I apply at the start of my shower and rinse out at the end). As I say, it will sting, but you are literally rubbing salt into a wound/sore, but this will help keep the wound clean of bacteria helping prevent infection. Rinse out well - and boy does it feel soothing when you do. Your hair may actually feel squeaky clean.Initially, start using every other day, but after a week or two, you should see improvements and only need to use once a week as a 'maintenance' application.It also has a pleasant, mild scent. If put in your hair roo long skin gets a bit reddish but maybe that's a good thing when starting. Now I use it once a week and it keeps the dandruff under control.
