Review: Very happy with this elegant Skagen watch. Looks and feels magnificent for an affordable price - Skagen is an excellent, dependable brand, from Denmark. This Anita Lille women's watch is exquisite at affordable price. It is very elegant and light weight. I like large dial watches and though this one is not as large as I like, it is flat down to the wrist and a decent sized dial. The dainty crystals spell the time instead of the numerals themselves, except for 6 and 12. Watch has a double lock in the strap so chances of falling off are almost nil. Also, adjusting the strap yourself per your own wrist size is super simple and took me literally 2 mins. Very happy with this purchase. I got the one with the golden dial and silver (steel) mesh strap to be able to wear it with both yellow and white gold jewellery.

It is plain and simple to fasten it securely every time. There's also a YouTube video on adjusting the band. So easy to do and I have never had the coupling come loose. It definitely is different than any other type of band, just follow the instructions. Instructions also note that this watch is tested for depths of water 20 to 50 feet and states 'do not wear it bathing'. This watch goes to the pool with me while I swim and into the shower daily. I never need to take it off except for cleaning. My other gold Skagen watch is still perfect after five years with the same treatment. Now I have a lovely watch to wear with my silver jewelry.

**Q: I have a very small wrist...where does left over mesh go. Does it look bulky? Never had mesh before. Thx**
A: I love this elegant watch. My wrist is tiny as well. The left over mesh goes underneath so you don’t see anything. The mesh strap is thin, not bulky at all.

**Q: How long is the mesh band?**
A: The mesh band (not including the adjustable clasp) is approximately 2 1/2" on one side of the watch face plus 4" on the other.  The adjustable clasp can be made to fit both larger and smaller wrists.  I've been using Skagen watches with mesh bands for year.  Works for me!

**Q: Can i wear this in the pool**
A: No because it is only "water resistant" which means you can briefly get it wet but not "water proof"  which means no way can you wear it to water aerobics.

**Q: What is the full length of this watch?  Will it fit a larger wrist?**
A: This watch has an adjustable width that is really easy to do by yourself.  And yes, it fits a larger wrist as I have that same issue.  Absolutely great watch.  I get so many compliments on it.
