However, I do think it's capable of lighting a cigarette. I don't think you could light a fat Cuban cigar but someone else may know. I do know that it will light my prepped fire sources and it will shock you it you touch the electrodes. **Q: How can you tell when this is fully charged?** A: The paper that came in the box with it said “fully charged in less than 1 1/2 hrs” and when you are charging it a little blue dot lights up on top of it near the flame area, then each time you use it the blue light comes on at the same time as the flame, when it loses charge the blue light doesn’t come on anymore with the flame. Other than that, I can’t tell either, but if you charge it for 1 1/2 hrs and keep track of the blue dot, hopefully that’ll work.
