I did not have to 'match' them as described in the leaflet, although I had previous ly tried them individually with the same remote, so thei may have already done the matching. **Q: How do you “match” the remote to the light?** A: I had troubles with the remote. Stopped working so they sent another remote which did not work so asked for a refund which they only gave me a partial refund as I'd had the light for a few months so will stay clear of this type of light and also the company. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Light Fitting! *by N***K on 11 February 2022* This light is extremely easy to fit, and the different light shades and brightness levels is perfect! I've since bought more to put in most rooms round the house.The package arrived WITH a wall mounting bracket and the fixtures needed. Again, very easy to install!I did have an issue where the remote didn't work, but contacted the seller and a new one was sent and received in less than a week and worked perfectly!Overall, 5 star product! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality LED light *by N***K on 1 November 2020* Quality LED light, really light weight and easy to fit, the bright white and warm white settings are excellent as the remote control to set dimmer is great. All round a very reasonably price unit which looks great ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great customer service *by E***N on 4 March 2023* Purchased 3 of these lights, electrician installed, one failed to respond to remote. Customer Service given full explanation of what was not functioning on the remote, they sent replacement remote, which also did not work with this light.
