Harness fits a 17 inch girth cat. Maximum Inner measurement is 21 inches. **Q: I have a 3lb. 3month old kitten will the XS fit?** A: It would probably be too big, but also this harness is terrible. I bought for my adult cats and they slipped their arm out of it in 2 second and then escaped the harness entirely. I tried a different brand in the past that did not have this problem. I don’t remember their company name though... **Q: Will this work for a hairless kitten?** A: It is a very soft comfortable fabric, however with the cat that is hairless/kitten, I think you would have to be extra careful to make sure it wouldn’t rub on them.
