They usually do 3-4 miles but have been known to ride 10 miles.. so not a lot comparative to hard core bikers, but 3-4 miles on a seat can be painful.. even if you have a gel seat. Dad was getting all kinds of SORE, so I thought about some padded shorts for his “parts”. I read many reviews, and while these were a bit pricey for a pair of bike shorts, I did want to protect my interests 🙃 so I opted for these shorts.He loves these shorts! Says there’s no more soreness and they fit well. He wears them with regular gym type shorts over them but they fit nice and tight and don’t ride up on him. Padding works wonders he says! He usually hand washes them in the sink after he goes on a ride- and they dry hanging up pretty quickly.
