This is a really cost effective way to keep your teeth white. Each syringe will last 5 treatments. I use it once a week so that's 20 weeks of treatments for about $1 a pop. It is a strong bleaching solution so there is some discomfort but, nothing too bad for me. The flavor is actually pretty good. They added a slight minty taste that covers up any peroxide taste pretty well. You will need to buy the silicone mouth trays separately as this is just the bleaching solution. Since I'm using it over about 5 months, I keep the syringes in the refrigerator so the peroxide doesn't degrade. Much cheaper and much more effective than White Strips. But you'll need to be OK with having the silicone trays in your mouth for 30 minutes.

Edited Review:My initial 1-star review was based on the first tube of whitening gel I used, which was very harsh. While I stopped using that tube, I decided to try another before assuming the entire batch was bad.Sure enough, the second tube was fine! I have no idea what the actual concentration of carbamide peroxide (or other ingredients) was, but it was certainly far less harsh than the first tube.I will update this review as I try more tubes, but for now it seems more of a high-level quality-control issue, than a total failure of the product itself. For now, two stars is the most I can give.Original Review:Title: UNSAFE! It can burn your gums, causing them to recede and expose vulnerable tooth areas.I bought this as a refill for my recent Auraglow whitening system purchase. The Auraglow kit came with 10 days of 35% carbamide peroxide gel, which was very comfortable and gentle to use. This refill was supposed to be the same strength.I'm not sure what went wrong with whatever is in these refills, but it burns during use. The gel base seems very similar to the Auraglow gel, but where the Auraglow gel is crystal clear, the attached photo shows this is milky-ish and contains either tiny clear bubbles or droplets.I consider this to be UNSAFE and HAZARDOUS to use.

make sure that you don't get any other gel on your gums because it's very strong and it will eat at your skin because it's very strong percentage of that peroxide that professionals use but you're getting used to it and you can protect your gums by putting Vaseline on your gums when you put it on okay but I will may leave

Whitened my teeth, great price point

The seller tried to tell me that product was fine sitting in a hot mailbox for days. This is false. It was also a big hassle to get a refund. Additionally the tubes are way too big. I got a different order with smaller tubes that allow you to put the gel in small amounts on your mouthpieces.

This is great whitening gel. A little goes a long way. I use in a generic mouth tray for whitening approx 3 times a week for half hour each time. I went to the dentist for a crown this week and was told I have nice white teeth. Great price for a great product.
