They come with all the hardware you need for getting started quickly with using them. Make sure to attach the wires first before plugging in as 110V is enough to kill a person. I'm going to solder the power cord to the motor wires myself and put a heat shrink wrap on it to avoid issues there as it scares me a bit given the danger in general of high voltage wires that could come loose. The connector does work well though so it's more just out of my own precaution.5-6 RPM works pretty well for turntables and other slow moving objects. I'll probably use one for a UV curing box but also perhaps for photography or 3D model scanning. Lots of options which I think would work well with this motor.
