Review: Ditch the sugar and aspartame use stevia - I have given up aspartame as it's a nasty sweetener , Stevia on the other hand is a natural sweetener, a herb with zero cals , I must admit that when I first tried it, it didnt taste quite the same as the dodgy sweetener I was used to but after a couple of cups of coffee it was fine , you also need to find your level of sweetness so my daughter has 6 drops I have 4 its trial and error so once you get the right sweetness its marvelous, you can also use it to sweeten desserts and even some cakes So if you are trying to ditch the sugar or lose weight try this, you will be glad you did

I have given up aspartame as it's a nasty sweetener , Stevia on the other hand is a natural sweetener, a herb with zero cals , I must admit that when I first tried it, it didnt taste quite the same as the dodgy sweetener I was used to but after a couple of cups of coffee it was fine , you also need to find your level of sweetness so my daughter has 6 drops I have 4 its trial and error so once you get the right sweetness its marvelous, you can also use it to sweeten desserts and even some cakes So if you are trying to ditch the sugar or lose weight try this, you will be glad you did

Very good product overall but advertises as good taste and not bitter. Well its alot bitter than sugar. But I guess it doesn't have the same cavities and calories and high glycemic index that sugar would provide. So a much healthier alternate (I think - see this space in 30 years)
