I was after a 28cm but this was the nearest I could get on UK desertcart. Its also very shiny the Stainless looks like crome. Heats up quickly on my 23cm induction plate but takes a while to get to the edges. This is because my induction plate is so small and not a fault of the pan. No problem cleaning, a light scrub is all thats needed. It may look to be very expensive but will outlast non stick and ceramic pans by decades.
