Lipton long ago stopped with individually wrapping each tea bag, opting instead to plastic wrap the entire box of loose tea bags. I tend to drink a fair amount of tea, and have never noticed anything like stale tea as I use the last tea bag in other Lipton boxes of tea, and I believe if you drink this tea in a reasonable amount of time, you will not have to deal with stale tea. This sweet tea would be ideal for diabetics and those who try and keep sugar out of their diet as much as possible.
