I decided to try a mix-n-match two piece. I carefully agonized over the sizing chart and set about getting my key measurements of waist and hip. I selected a size based at just a little over my actual measurement. If the next size up was more than an inch larger, I selected the lower size (Large) and my strategy worked perfectly and I am very very happy with the fit and the look of it. I am 5'3" and ... fuller ... around the middle. Don't judge... Slowing metabolism comes for us all. They hold up well in the water and are easy to move around in. I also use them to work out since they are comfortable to work out in. It even has a convenient zipper in the back for keys and earbuds.
