I highly recommend this c d. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ relaxing and soothing *by L***R on December 29, 2012* I bought this for my 2 1/2 year old daughter to help her fall asleep. She was becoming harder and harder to put to bed, and I think it's because we used to play white noise in her room all night, and the past couple months we hadn't been using anything. So she had a hard time settling down in a completely quiet room. This was the second CD we used for her. The first one was a CD with a women telling bedtime stories. Once she got tired of that, I think this CD was a great transition. The music is interesting to listen to, but soothing and slow enough that it really helps her relax and drift off to sleep. Since using this CD we've never had a problem putting her to bed (in combination with other bedtime rituals like restricting a pacifier to just her crib, reading stories, having books and tissues and favorite blankets in her crib). It's something I would like to listen to if I had problems sleeping.
