This product is a medium weight oil and takes several minutes to absorb, depending on the amount you use. I love using this with a Gua Sha tool because the slickness of the oil allows for a good Gua Sha massage that I can't do with facial creams due to absorbent time. My face truly feels moisturized even after the slickness of the oil goes away as it is absorbed. I used to use argan oil exclusively on my face because it was all the rage and I had hopes in the benefits that a single ingredient could provide but somehow didn't see any improvement in my skins moisture levels and overall clarity after 5 years of use. I have been using this nightly nectar daily for 2 weeks and already I'm seeing my complexion improve and moisture levels increase. By that I mean, before applying any sort of skin care products on the face, my skin looks and feels moisturized, there's a natural glow that appears healthier on bare skin. It is not often I come across a natural product that can produce such results. I'm glad I discovered La Mav and will continue to use this as part of my nightly skincare routine. The scent of rosehip oil is the only noticeable fragrance. There is no smell to it and I am assuming it is helping fight those free radicals with the antioxidants it uses.I think this brand is on the right track on making efficient natural beauty products.
