Works great for me. I don't work out in these because there's not a lot of support, but just for everyday or sleeping, they're my favorite bras ever. **Q: I'm a 32D what size do you recommend?** A: Go by their size chart. They run very small. Around the chest too. If your a B cup, the bra is capable of giving some room around the chest. I'd buy the Large that would be closer to the Bcup you need. Support is good and super cute if I wanted to wear as a sports bra. The straps are not the super skinny rounded straps like in the pictures. They are still skinny but look more like a bra strap which is the only reason I gave it 4 stars.
