I wanted something that would work with presta and schrader and work one handed. These fit the bill. Nicely made and finished too (made in Taiwan, so it’s good stuff). The 2 pack worked for me as I had two air hoses I upgraded with these. Takes a minute or two to get the hang of using them, you do have to screw them _on_, at least a couple turns, but they pop off without unscrewing. If it has auto stop built in.** A: This Jaco Lightning air chuck does have auto stop. When removed from tire, air does not escape. She threads onto hose for secure fit, using standard teflon tape or putty to seal the threads. Surprisingly high quality product, metal chromed body, not plastic, made in USA. Highly recommended. **Q: I have a lezyne floor pump with abs-1 pro chuck. i am dissatisfied with the lezyne chuck. can i simply screw the jaco onto the lezyne?** A: This chuck is compatible with 1/4" NPT fittings. We recommend viewing the specs of your current item to verify the fitting. **Q: Will this chuck still lock onto a presta valve if the valve core has been removed?** A: I use it this way to seat the bead on my MTB tires (Specialized Butcher 27.5 x 2.6''). Since I already remove the presta valve core to add sealant, saves a little time by just twisting on this adapter and knowing ALL of the air is going into the tire.
