So soft it almost feels like 2nd skin & you forget you’re wearing it. That’s how the best clothing should fit. Other brands/styles I purchased to compare were slightly irritating despite also being merino wool. The other brands continually had to be readjusted, rather than just fitting perfect right out of the box. Good beanies seem to be unreasonably hard to find. They’re either too big w/ extra fabric, too thick & scratchy or sewn uneven on top giving a sloppy appearance. I was looking for a clean, fitted look that sat flush on my head w/o all the frumps and bumps. The quality speaks for itself on this 1.
