There's no awful taste, they're small, and don't make me sick to my stomach. I love them so much that I'll keep purchasing them even though with each order I've placed through Amazon, there were never 30 pills in a bottle. Each time, there was always a handful missing. I'm going to check the prices and shipping for ordering these elsewhere, but if it's not comparable to amazon's deal, I'll likely just get these again.Update: I ordered them directly through the website. They were actually cheaper than via Amazon. They are the only ones I will take. I'm not sure if it's the vitamin or just good luck that my thyroid has always been issue, I am hypothyroid. Even on meds they could not get my TSH levels down. I had a blood draw 2 weeks before taking these vitamins and then 6 weeks after I have a perfect TSH level 2.4.
