Review: Just what a metal gazebo should be - I bought the brown Sunjoy Hardtop Gazebo 10 x 12 ft. Outdoor Gazebo from desertcart in summer 2023. A year later, I really can't find anything I don't like about it. Would definitely recommend. Let's start at the start. desertcart delivers items of this weight through a sub-contracted delivery service. This was the worst part of my experience. Took two weeks to get it three miles from the warehouse to my home. I was very upset, and desertcart was entirely unable (or unwilling) to help me. Some of the desertcart "support" staff were even combative. Depends on who you get, I suppose. When the unit finally arrived, assembly was easy. It's at least a two-man job. Instructions were acceptable. Putting it together was just a touch confusing, but it all made sense in the end. I was missing a sheet of metal from the roof. The company sent me a replacement right away. It has everything I expect from a gazebo of this type. I was able to string lights up and hang a fan from the center hook, no problem. The screen is good quality. I got after marked curtains to help block the sun. I was able to bolt it down to my concrete pad as easy as could be. No complaints! I've had it a year now. It weathered the cold winter without issue. It's been in many storms. It has been hit by all sorts of balls and toys. I don't see a spot of rust or damage on it, except for the center hook where my fan hangs is getting spotty. Otherwise, still as solid as day one. Spiders love to web up the roof vent, so bear that in mind. I've had two other gazebos in the past to compare this with - the kind with the soft tops that you need to take down for the winter - and this is far, far better. The only complaints I have are all about the initial delivery. This is a unit I am very happy with. Glad I bought it. I'm thinking about getting the matching BBQ gazebo.

Build and Installation took 6 to 7 hours with two people. Everything fit well. Looks great. Appears to be sturdy enough to withstand winds. Very satisfied with quality and value. Looking forward to the spring and summer by the pool.

I bought the brown Sunjoy Hardtop Gazebo 10 x 12 ft. Outdoor Gazebo from Amazon in summer 2023. A year later, I really can't find anything I don't like about it. Would definitely recommend. Let's start at the start. Amazon delivers items of this weight through a sub-contracted delivery service. This was the worst part of my experience. Took two weeks to get it three miles from the warehouse to my home. I was very upset, and Amazon was entirely unable (or unwilling) to help me. Some of the Amazon "support" staff were even combative. Depends on who you get, I suppose. When the unit finally arrived, assembly was easy. It's at least a two-man job. Instructions were acceptable. Putting it together was just a touch confusing, but it all made sense in the end. I was missing a sheet of metal from the roof. The company sent me a replacement right away.
